Puberty is a wild time: the body changes, emotions go crazy and conflicts with parents pile up, as does the search for the next ultimate kick. These borderline experiences also include trying out drugs - but that alone does not make one addicted. This is impressively demonstrated by the account of a young man who has managed to get out of addiction and is now constructively shaping his future.
Environment and sport
The current issue of our health magazine Vivere picks up this story from the middle of life and much more - e.g. how to avoid insurance gaps, activate your inner pharmacy or what connects the former SRF presenter Mariano Tschuor with the Benedictine monastery Mariastein (SO). It is also exciting that our partner, the association Swiss Orienteering, leads a permanent commission Orienteering & Environment and proves that environment and sport do not harm each other but can go hand in hand.
